Image Licensing
Our license allows you use of your images without restrictions (Photos and the use thereof may not be transferred or sold.)
It is our goal to help make budgeting your image acquisition and marketing cost straightforward and transparent. Purchasing our images includes unlimited use of your photographs with every commercial architectural shoot. We utilize two pricing categories with a $1600 daily price or a $200 hourly price - with a two-hour minimum.
Pricing
Hourly Rate: $200/hour
Our hourly rate is $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum. We charge the federal rate from travel from Coeur d 'Alene Idaho for auto travel. Air travel at cost plus expense.

We will provide the photos at requested resolution, in the file format of your choice.
Pricing
Daily Rate: $1500
Our base rate for photography is $1500 per day that includes travel to first site (air travel excluded) based upon a 9-hour day.
The daily rate is suitable for projects that may take longer for set-up or larger in scope. Please contact us with questions or consultation.
Process
How Long Will it Take?
Architectural and interior photography differ widely based upon the project circumstances and conditions. Production times can vary greatly, and we pride ourselves on delivering the best possible image at all times.
We make every effort to deliver completed photographs withing 10-14 days after completing the photo session. Many times, photos can be delivered in 7 days.
